Breakfast @ PD #1

We broke our tradition today. Instead of going to Goh Tong Jaya, we went to Port Dickson instead. The trip was basically pure wangan. We met at a secured location near a recently renamed hotel which sits close to a toll. From there on, it took us about 40 minutes to reach the destination... well, most of us at least... ok ok... all of them except me. I took longer cause I still have the speed cut.

I was left alone at the tail end of the convoy pretty early on. Thank God I had company in the car. Not that we could do any talking because of the massively loud exhaust at the designated highway speed limit of 90kmph *ahem* but also, because the roads were so bumpy that we were gasping for air most of the time.

The guys actually waited for me at the Seremban toll, I don't know how long, but long enough that my wife told me that I was embarrassingly slow. At least, I know that she supports me to go faster hahahahahahaha...

After that, it was another wangan all the way to PD town. Again, I was left in their wake. The PD highway was even worse. Not only was it bumpy, it transformed our cars into airplanes as we went airborne more than a few times.

Anyways, we reached PD town about ten to nine, went to have breakfast at this place called Kedai Kopi Paklang. Food was awesome! Nasi lemak (fat rice), roti bakar (burnt bread) with a slab of butter, half boiled telur ayam kampung (egg of village chicken), french toast with kaya (rich), fried ice cream, and drinks after drinks... it was gastronomical heaven.

We spent a good 3 hours chatting while waiting for someone who had overslept and had to rush from Malacca. I won't mention his nickname, but it rhymes with Lemon or Demon. Even when we wanted to leave, we couldn't because the rain had fallen.

In the end, we decided to just wait it out while we filled our time with empty talk about future Skyline events and something about... about models in bikini car wash. Apparently, someone suggested that in order to attract Skyliners all over Malaysia to come to the next Skyline Gathering.

Other ideas thrown about was to have a trampoline. Yes, I do not understand why he brought it up. It is a mystery, though I can confirm that this person recently celebrated his birthday and probably wanted a trampoline. I don't know. I am not judging. He also suggested blow up castles (my my, he must have really wanted the trampoline and castle on his 10th birthday). I am not sure if he mentioned blow up dolls, but I am sure it probably crossed his mind or at least in the mind of the one who suggested the bikini car wash.

Also, to all the Malaccans Skyliners, please be informed that your grand daddy Mr RB30 will come down to your part of the world soon. I have informed your Malaccan spokesperson to roll out the red carpet for his arrival and please, please, please, pay your respects when he is there. You do not want to incur his 400hp wrath. :)

The rain stopped and we giggled our way out of Paklang's. Just like in any breakfast outings, it would not be complete without the customary outdoor chat and open bonnet. Since it was late, we had to cut it short and made our way back home.

Of course, I was left alone once again. Halfway through, a new friend I met, who drives a tricked out Audi A4 Quattro something with 13 speed, was tailing me. Damn that car was fast and gorgeous!

Everything in, it was a nice Sunday morning breakfast with a lot of horny guys and 2 ladies. Though I did not like the drive as much as a tauge trip to Goh Tong Jaya, the food really made up for it. However, we do plan to go there again in the future. I feel that it is a perfect spot to connect with our Malaccan and Niners (N9) Skyliners. Next time, we plan to follow the tauge route of Lukut to reach PD town.

So, look out for that event and, Insya Allah, we will meet again at the next Breakfast @ PD.
